It's My Season; It's My Time

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.  Ecclesiastes 3:1

There's an opportune time to do things, a right time for everything on the earth.  And now, it's my time.  How do I know this?  Did the stars line up in the heavens?  Did everything in my life all of a sudden work out and fit right in?  Did I consult a medium or psychic to confirm this?  Did a few friends or relatives tell me this?  Did I awake from a vision or dream saying this?  Did I just wake up this morning and said "Now is the time for me?"

The answer to these questions is "NO" (especially to the psychic or medium one - God forbid).  I know it's my time because I know.  You can say God told me (and you would be right).  With His Words being my guide, I had to then know in myself that this was my time.

Yes, God did tell me that is was my season and my time.  But, I had to make the decision not only to hear Him but to walk out in His timing.  I had to realize that God governs the earth, the heavens and my life.  During the process, I got frustrated and even wanted to launch out on my own totally against God's purpose.  But, once I settled and learned wisdom, I realized that in God's timing all things work for His good and for His purpose.  I gave myself over to His purpose and promise and now I am seeing the fruit of this time and the truth in His Word.  Learning God's wisdom has made the difference.  Walking in God's faith has brought forth this season for me.

It's never too late to live your dreams and take hold of your destiny.  But, you have to know when the time is right.  You can't be influenced by others (what they say, what they are doing, etc.).  You can't get anxious and think you will miss the opportunities if don't get out there.  And, you can't let your age determine your time.  Seek God's wisdom and timing for all things in your life.  Once you have His words, you make the decision to go forward.  Then, you can truly say "It's my season and it's my time," and everything lines up for you.

Shalom
